These terms govern your use of avvio.agency and the free tools we host ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. Client engagements are governed by the individual proposal and agreement we sign together — these terms cover the website itself.
Free tools
- Our tools (speed test, cost calculator, image generators, and others) are provided free, as is, without warranty of any kind.
- Cost estimates are indicative only and don't constitute a binding quote or offer.
- Speed and meta-tag results come partly from third-party services (such as Google PageSpeed) and may vary or be unavailable.
- You may only submit content you have the right to use. Don't use the tools to process unlawful content, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or resell them.
- Images you generate with our tools are yours to use, commercially or otherwise.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the Site, probe or bypass its security, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to infringe anyone's rights. We may rate-limit or block access to protect the service.
Content & intellectual property
The Site's design, code, and content are owned by Avvio Agency or its licensors. Blog posts may be shared with attribution and a link. Our name and logo may not be used without permission.
Disclaimer & liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avvio Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to $100.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
