The challenge
Short-form clips are how creators grow, but producing them is brutally manual. You have to watch back the whole video to find viral moments, cut them, re-crop everything from landscape to vertical, and add captions frame by frame — hours of editing per clip. That bottleneck is the single biggest reason long-form creators never scale into short-form. The goal was to automate the entire pipeline without sacrificing the quality that makes a clip actually land.

We built auto-focus vertical cropping that keeps the speaker or action centred as it reframes 16:9 footage to 9:16, removing the most tedious step in the whole process.
